Privacy Policy

This privacy policy (“Privacy Policy”) describes how Better Founder may collect, use and share information you provide when using our Service, including your personal information. Deletion Request Rights

You have the right to request that we delete any of your Personal Information that we collected from you and retained, subject to certain exceptions. Once we receive and confirm your verifiable consumer request, we will delete (and direct our service providers to delete) your Personal Information from our records, unless an exception applies.

If you had previously provided informed consent, engage in public or peer-reviewed scientific, historical, or statistical research in the public interest, that adheres to all other applicable ethics and privacy laws, when deletion of the Personal Information may likely render impossible or seriously impair the purpose(s) of that research.
  6. Enable solely internal uses that are reasonably aligned with consumer expectations based on your relationship with us.
  7. Comply with applicable law or any legal obligation(s) we may have.
  8. Make other internal and lawful use of that Personal Information that is compatible with the context in which you provided that Information.

Handling Complaints from Our Service Users and Regulatory Authorities.

We regularly review our compliance with this Privacy Policy and with any and all industry-recommended best practices, as well as applicable laws and regulations. When we receive a formal written complaint, we will contact the person who made the complaint to follow up. This is without prejudice to your right to launch a claim with your local data protection supervisory authority. We work with the appropriate regulatory authorities, including local data protection authorities, to resolve any complaints regarding the transfer of personal data that we cannot resolve with the users of our Service directly.

Our Privacy Policy may be revised from time to time, in which case the Privacy Policy you view will be the most current version and the date of the latest such revision will be identified at the beginning of this Privacy Policy.
